Wilfred is an out-of-towner. No one knows how far out of town... But he's a new fella. All sorts of rumours surround "the new guy." People say they've seen him jump three storeys, and kick a man a good fifteen feet into the air with those weird legs of his. He seems friendly enough when he's sat in a bar ((though he never drinks anything... doesn't take off that gas mask...)) but most people say "Don't let that fool y'! Bug's a bad 'un, mark me." Other stories say he eats brains in the dead of night, that terrible things lurk under his poncho, that if you SEE under that poncho, you die in seven days... Some people even whisper that he used to work for Big Bug, but there was a betrayal... and now one wants some revenge on the other.

His only obvious weapon is his winchester rifle, with an overly-long barrel. No one's ever seen him fly with those freaky wings of his... but no one's ruling that out just yet."
